1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using NewTech Institute's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Course Registration

• Course fees must be paid in full before commencement of classes
• Registration is only confirmed after payment verification
• Course materials are provided for personal use only
• Students must maintain minimum 75% attendance

3. Payment Terms

• All fees are non-refundable once classes begin
• Monthly fees must be paid by the 5th of each month
• Late payment may result in suspension of services
• Payment methods: UPI, Cash, Bank Transfer

4. Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Maintain discipline and decorum in the institute
• Follow the institute's code of conduct
• Respect faculty members and fellow students
• Take care of institute property and equipment

5. Course Completion & Certification

• Certificates will be issued only after successful course completion
• Students must pass all required assessments
• Minimum attendance requirements must be met
• All dues must be cleared before certificate issuance
