1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using NewTech Institute's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Course Registration
- Course fees must be paid in full before commencement of classes
- Registration is only confirmed after payment verification
- Course materials are provided for personal use only
- Students must maintain minimum 75% attendance
3. Payment Terms
- All fees are non-refundable once classes begin
- Monthly fees must be paid by the 5th of each month
- Late payment may result in suspension of services
- Payment methods: UPI, Cash, Bank Transfer
4. Student Conduct
Students are expected to:
- Maintain discipline and decorum in the institute
- Follow the institute's code of conduct
- Respect faculty members and fellow students
- Take care of institute property and equipment
5. Course Completion & Certification
- Certificates will be issued only after successful course completion
- Students must pass all required assessments
- Minimum attendance requirements must be met
- All dues must be cleared before certificate issuance

NewTech Institute reserves the right to:
- Modify course content and structure
- Change faculty members when necessary
- Adjust class timings with prior notice
- Take disciplinary action against policy violations
